Mats are articles for personal use, so, for hygiene reasons, changes or returns will not apply if the product is open (partial or total), used, or washed. Therefore, if the return is not due to a manufacturing defect or an error from Shilam Yoga, we will carry out an evaluation process dealing with the particular issue. The above does not guarantee a full refund of the payment made, and the shipment is at the customer's expense. Shipping is not refundable.
If you received the wrong package or one with a factory defect, Shilam Yoga will exchange your mat for a new/correct one or make a refund.
